Refund policy

Every PRUDK piece is printed after you order it, just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.

Misprinted, damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page (prudk.com/pages/contact). Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Lost package?
If tracking hasn't moved for 14 days, or the package is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Changes and cancellations
Orders go to print quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us right away. Once printing has started, we can't cancel it.
